the truth is we (as in the foreigner community) are somewhat secluded from the Korean scene actually despite the GSL and a few Koreans flying out to events. Naniwa, who's been in Korea for some time now, has assimilated himself enough there to have the same feeling as what seems to be the general consensus there: which is that terran is OP.

She's already better than Sporrer in my book. At least she doesn't come off as a complete airhead with comments like, "vT? vZ? or vG?"
I really hope that isn't the standard to which we're going to hold our eye-candy commentators.

Wish theyd stop putting koreans in these tourneys, most boring playstyles and people to watch ever

My dictionary: scrubby scrabbly: sparsely covered with stunted trees or vegetation and underbrush; "open scrubby woods"
maybe OP got a different view then the rest of us :p

Putting someone that does not know anything about ESPORTS for an interview with a proplayer doesn't work. Interviewing spectators would be a good thing for her to do during down time; like lindsey at NASL.

That's probably frustation after losing the 2nd game. I mean seriously no one would go for that if they're confident in their race in the longer games. Look at the Protoss who's in Code S. None of them have been playing standard. They rather roll the dice and hope to stay in Code S rather than play solid. What about genius? If I recall he does nothing but play standard and instead just relies on his mechanics rather than anything funky or unusual.
Genius void ray allined thrice in the last GSL lol.

i hope DRG wins because i always prefer seeing zerg win over terran..idk though for protoss.

Some interview or something?
Some twitter complaints about protoss losing alot, and some interview answers about protoss being in a bad state right now. Nothing particularly incriminating if you ask me, but if you want to take it as collective balance whine you could I guess.
It's not unusual that he starts making sad comments about protoss after getting to korea btw. More so then anywhere else in the world, Protoss had been performing abysmally in Korea for a good long time now. You go there and you get exposed to this fact.

y no 2gd interviews with fans? TT_

A lot of Korean players have been staying Terran is OP for a while now. It may have just pointed it out to him. If you look at the GSL and stats, Terrans are ruling the day. I can't imagine trying how difficult that must be to deal with, since Naniwa normally thinks if he improves, he beat anyone.

Hasnt terran been considered the most pwerful race since the beta?

He did not lost because he played protoss, he lost because rain played better. so u are telling that the only race that should be in good shape even if the all in fail is Terran? and that was not a all in, was 3gate blink wtf Didn't want to get involved in this balance bullshit, but as a Protoss player, I need to clarify for you:
Going 3gate blink, putting on about constant pressure for a legitimately long period of time, following up with a Dark Shrine- still on one base after his attack failed- is in fact an all in.
To those of you who don't understand how his attack failed, he did not kill the OC, which is a requirement for him to remain even. In spite of killing 18~ SCVs, he is only producing probes on one nexus VS two CCs producing SCVs and Mules.
Risky play, did not work. Let's leave judging why he did it until the obligatory post tournament "the community is going crazy, why did you X? interviews"
