first game sheth should have sniped the hatch but overall great series, funny that the game went like artosis wanted haha
MLG great work but please stop the extended series just do a bo5 or bo7

Mutas are so amazing lol. Forces Sheth to make spores and hydras whilst Idra just goes and drones. Suddenly, he has double Sheths roach count, has mutas annoying Sheth, and is only behind in upgrades. Hydras are pretty bad vs mutas when you think about it, mutas were doing roach sniping all the time if Sheth was off creep because hydras were too slow. Sheth cannot pressure unless he wants to go all in and attack. All idra has to do is clean up the hydras and HHS mutas reign supreme.
The other method of dealing with mutas is roach hydra infestor turtle, but then you have 0-5 ultras cleaving through, making your roaches and infestors pretty terrible.

Hmm, I seem to have missed this.
I take it the vods are taking a while to appear?

So if they're streaming the Korean ones tomorrow on the 28th.... why does Liquipedia show that MMA is already in the finals?
|
IdrA is a boss! Hopefully he does great at Providence. #1 seed might hurt him though considering his potential matches throughout the gracket.

Considering that #1 from open gets placed into his bracket line and that MVP AND Nestea are there? ....Yea good luck idra! You'll need it.

Anyone with the results so far for today?

Cause he is.. Bomber has to play MVP in the LB final and winner of that goes to play MMA who has a 2-0 extended series over Bomber.

These were played just a bit before IEM, so while it might be "at this point" to us, it really was the start of Idra's comeback. Go figure. (And if he hadn't lost to LiveZerg, he would have made ESWC Finals too)

MVP will be 3rd by points in the Open bracket (assuming InControl & Sheth are there). So he likely won't risk hitting MVP until the winner's bracket Final.
Losira, NesTea, half of Slayers, that's a different issue.

MVP already has a spot in the grand finals for winning blizzcon. I doubt he'll take his match vs Bomber seriously.

Providence is going to be insane.

Well if 2 grand couldn't convince MVP (or anyone else for that matter) to take the Arena of Legends tournament seriously I don't see why this tournament should be any different.

Did he not take it seriously because he lost? Seriously, there is no legitimate loss for MVP then. He lost to MMA just as decisively as he did in some of these other smaller tournaments, but I guess he was "tired" then is the excuse.

No. It's because it was "online." When MVP is behind the booth, he is "unbeatable." MVP 4-0 /s
