Since you are here: Hasuobs and xlord fight for a slot for IEM Guangzhou http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=263745. Guangzhou is from 1.-5. October. Do you think this effects tomorrow?
Do you plan attending IPL 3 and play tomorrow just to look if you could make it?

And ofc what´s your prediction? GoOdy from top half is quite safe, and it comes down to you against Hasu. He lost 4-2 against Nerchio some days ago in a showmatch. What do you think are your chances?

Update: Bad news on http://www.facebook.com/TaKeTV
+ Show Spoiler [News in German] +
TaKe-TV

Short summary:
  • Darkforce cancelled his participation yesterday 20:30 GMT (+00:00)
  • Xlord don´t participate either
  • Take got ill and isn´t able to cast in the beginning, he hopes it gets better and he can cast later
  • Delphi and Akkis perhaps cast for Take in the beginning (ok, that´s not a bad news)

First match going to be (T)GoOdy vs (P)iNSoLeNCE

Casted by Delphi and Akkis (both opponents cancelled paticipation). They all seem to be at Take´s appartment where HSC took place.

A little goody on stream already

Second Game with (P)HasuObs vs (T)DBS about to start.

Insolence and GoOdy doing the cast.

Sorry that the event got removed from the calender, probably since Take got ill the stream wasn´t added to the "On Air" section. It´s still online http://www.teamliquid.net/video/streams/TaKeSeN!

Since there are 2 walkovers, Semifinals are decided after these matches (Bo5)

Semifinals finished:

(P)HasuObs fights against (T)GoOdy in the finals.
It´s a Bo7 and should start at 22 CEST after schedule, but might as well start after a short break.

Take was fit to cast the first semis, so I expect to cast him the finals as well.

Yeah! Someone else posted! Tank you, I became a bit shizophrenic...
I know with GSL all day, Shoutcraft Inv, FXO King of the Hill, TL Open ... an all German minor Lan might be underwhelming. But it was really entertaining the whole day.
All games casted by pros, some off Germans finest, and as a fanboy: so much Goody

2:1 at the moment, 50 min TvP on Metalopolis with mothership, mass carrier vs tanks

I think he meant more a choice for the pros. I saw DarkForce in IPL3 bracket today, Xlord probably going to IEM Guangzhou (since Hasu participated here).
IeSF might be a very good chance to win a Tourney since only one representative from every country is qualified --> 1 Korean
IPL 3 if you don´t qualify online it might be quite expensive to compete at LAN qualifier and probably get knocked out.

PS: quite impressed by DBS´s casting/play. He gave Hasu a good run and is very analytic at casting. He said he plays 5-6 hours a day with watching many streams (not included). Profile on ESL http://ww.esl.eu/eu/player/2695715/ so he´s 19 year old student. Perhaps an upcoming good Terran in Germany (don´t want to lean to far out of the window )

E: and now 50 min on Shakuras Plateau, I think these pics explain it quite good

Also, who is the person casting with Take? (I missed the start)

It´s DBS, a very good upcoming german terran, who streams pretty often here on TL.

And GoOdy is so good :D

Okay thanks :D I've watched his streams in the weekly cups but never seen/heard him I think Goody might have physically exhausted HasuObs in this series. I wonder if that's one of his tactics

Don´t think that´s his tactik but a positive part of his standart play DBS said the same on stream, that the Shakuras game really broke Hasu´s play.

LOL, Take´s interviews again:
"You played him to death, in every way you can think of."
GoOdy ladders about 10 games a day (he said it in iview)
GoOdy:"No Korean?!" while looking at known lineup
Take: "That´s great, you will beat the rest!"
G: "Just wondered"
T: "You will play the rest tired"

Hasu losing 4 games in a row after a 2:0 lead against Goody. His little Protoss heart has probably been broken tonight. He now suffers under the same Goody fear that Cloud is.

Ah okay. My German is pretty terrible so I didn't hear that

Congrats to Goody. He really earned that win. :D

P.S. If they discuss/say anything cool could someone please give a rough translation pls? I can only understand about 10% of what they are talking about now Does Goody feel confident against the other players who have qualified?

They had a long talk but I didn´t listen. I´ll try to watch the vod and point out some major parts.
I think at one time GoOdy talked about his feelings when playing at LAN against playing at home.

He said that he feels way more comfortable playing at LAN nowadays. in the past it has been a problem for him. And he didnt say a lot about his opponents, Take said that he thinks that he is the favourite.

GoOdy feels confident against the other players, but he said that elfi is pretty good these days and that the swedish player, whoever qualifies, will probably be very strong.

Also TaKe asked, why GoOdy is getting better on offline Tourneys nowadays.
GoOdy said, that he had problems at feeling comfortable and confident at PC´s and places he doesn´t know, but it has gone better lately.

GoOdy also said he is very confident in playing long games :D

Sry for my pretty bad english, I hope I couldt help!

I guess I liked the tournament so much (even though I only know very few words in German), I wanted to share information with everyone. That's always good to see LP information used by SC2 casters!
Also, Korea may very well have a SC2 representant, since the finals are there. But we have no information yet...

Good luck in Korea, GoOdy!
