MLG's first two events were pretty bad as well in the production aspect, but with experience comes improvement

![]() Probably a discussion for another thread.. but something that should be figured out. Suggestions: Group Drawing/Selection Groups 1, 2, etc.. Divisions are usually reserved for skill level 'tiers' Revelation usually means that something has already been decided and will then be 'revealed'.

For real though, will be so cool to see how NASL does in it's second season, especially when you got HuK going ;D I don't *have* to have koreans in tourney for it to be interesting, and I think it's kinda funny how in every MLG LR thread once the foreigners are gone and only koreans remain so many people go "lol no foreigners i'll just turn off stream" And then so many people are whining about few koreans in NASL TT;; well ok edit: edited out what I was warned for >,< wasn't being serious about the first part of the post User was warned for this post

Can anyone confrim the exact starting time for the show? 11pm and 3am is a huge difference for europeans. I'd be willing to bet it's 9:00PM Eastern/6:00PM Pacific. That's when all of their shows usually start.

MLG gives me my dose of "lets see the koreans go to town on the foreigner scene." NASL season 2 will give me my dose of "lets see which foreigners are doing their homework". Its the only major tournament outside of Korea that focuses around weekly matchups, so people get to train specifically for their opponent. Koreans are very strong players, but some of the best moments of the GSL are when players make builds to counter their enemies (Nestea's spine crawler rush versus a protoss fast expand, thorzains use of marauders + concussive to counter the blue flame hellion craze in the GSTL). It's up to the production/casters to make everything go smoothly in presenting the games, and its up to the players to showcase their skill. I've been digging the showmatches a lot. It's been said before by both Tyler and Incontrol, but NASL has the opportunity to focus on the players and build storylines. Maybe for each week, NASL could send out an interview question that players could prepare responses for prior to their match. From what I remember, the interviews from the first season seemed a little bit on the spot, and unprepared. Sample questions that could be asked: How did you get started in gaming? in Starcraft 2? When did you know you wanted to become pro? Why'd you pick your race? Incontrol's famous question from earlier sotgs, "What would you do if you won the money" Who would you place on a 8 person foreigner team that would compete in the gSTL (fantasy league). Whose not in the league but is an up and comer and you could see in the league next season? What game would you play professionally if not starcraft 2 and why? Hopefully the players would put a bit of effort into their answers so that the community gets to learn about the players' personality (face palm at some of the NASL season 1 audition videos). Anyway, way excited to see what divisions everybody is in. I really hope we get players really researching their opponents / talking amongst their teammates.

As I edited into my post, I wasn't being serious at all sorry if it came off that way (v_v) Although it kind of seems you imply my posts are of lower quality because i'm a high activity member, kind of weird when I was warned for using post count as an insult? :S

I guess my point is if you weren't being serious it wasn't a funny joke. Just makes you look wet behind the ears. NASL season 2 will be fun too even if it is missing something.
