MVP caught onto the metagame and shifted accordignly, and thats why MVP beat ganzi at MLG.
Notwithstanding any metagame shifts again, MVP is always the superior player to ganzi.

You're leaving out the fact that MVP BARELY BARELY BARELY BY THE SKIN OF HIS TEETH beat Ganzi at MLG. I cannot stress how close the series was. It was one of the most entertaining series of the tournament in fact because especially the last game was insanely close. All SlayerS terrans have amazing TvT, MVP does NOT dominate Ganzi

I don't understand why so many of the games weren't more highly recommended. It was a showcase in seriously great TvT strategy/play. Code A finals really doesn't fail to deliver. :D

It's like signing your death contract. Except Ganzi has beaten MVP in a Bo3. And Bomber has beaten him in a Bo7 And genius...and Alicia... and even July Mvp lost some games? NO WAY MAN. What revelations.

First I was "Ganzi got it." As he led 2:0, I knew it would be a 4:0 roflstomp. But Marineking came back. 2:1, okay it will be a 4:1 crush. Ganzi won another games so he needed just one additional win. But then Marineking won two games in a row. I thought about how he came back versus MC from 0:2 to 3:2. I felt Marineking now should win this. The first two games, he adapted to Ganzis play style. Ganzi has extremely good preparation, but Marineking seems to have more experience. The deciding Game on Metalopolis: Marineking plays safer than Ganzi, and then attacks the SlayerS Terran, who made a big blunder and lost his CC. Ganzi all-inned and methodically defeated Marineking. It was sooo close, all game long.

Also Mvp DEFINITELY became known for TvT. Come on now, when did he win his 2 championships? During the height of GOMTvT. Who knocked him right out of his group (and therefore into Code A) immediately after that? July, with 2 straight TvZ games. Yes he has Nestea's number, but they're on the same team.

Lets look at it this way, Ganzi has 6 years of emotional experience over marineking, and in 6 years, you think Ganzi just dropped dead ? You dont think Ganzi practise equal as much as MKP? You make it sound like at the age of 28-30, you just detoriate and cant play. There is no telling if Ganzi will be much better then MKP in six years or not. Age has little to do with it.
