The best to prepare a MLG is imo to just sleep 12+ hours the 3 days before MLG. I mean, yesterday players went to sleep AT BEST at 1am, most likely at 2-5am as you'll often talk about your day with your roommates, then the day is restarting at 10am. It's ok the first day, but the sunday can be a killer, and when you are tired you just want to rest and it takes priority over everything, even if you motivated yourself for one month to train for MLG, if you're very tired your priority will be to sleep, that's how the brain works. Well all this to say that players better have a good sleep schedule. | ||
