That's just how much the teams have collected throughout the game, it doesn't subtract what is spent. It shows the gold counts for the teams so you have a pretty good idea which team is ahead in items.

Does anyone know if this is an issue with connecting to the servers? Would adding LAN support actually fix these problems or is it something else wrong with the game?
EDIT: Sorry I got confused there, didn't realise they use private servers for LoL, they really should fix these issues before they push the game more as a spectator sport.

I dont think its fair to compare it that way. Flash is great but we have no idea how he'd do in a team game. LoL/Dota is alot more about teamwork and positioning than it is about speed and multi tasking, heck I would even say there is little to no multi tasking in LoL. Obviously the lot of us prefer SC2 over LoL/Dota but I bet there would be lots of people who would beg to differ.

pretty hard trying to schedule with a game like dota/hon/lol...a bo3 can last pretty much from 40mins to 3+hours.

That's quite a huge paycheck for the Na`Vi dota2 team. Most of the team members are from Ukraine, does anyone know how much money 1million dollars is "worth" in Ukraine compared to a regular job? Is it the compareable to a brainsurgeon or what?

I like LoL, but come on, no game can beat SC at spectator level. Why didn't they put SC2 on mainstage and LoL on side stage, majority of people are watching from stream anyway.
