ESL has the worst scheduling, this tournament didn't need to be 5 days. On a dedicated SC2 stream you would see nothing at the moment. A similar experience as you would achieve by don't looking at the stream or by closing it....

Im very confused about whats going on but thats just normal since Ive never played it. But am I right when I say that the winner of this final gets $1,000,000? Thats just insaaane. no idea what is happening, but the fact that the winner gets a million is worth watching. hey, i'd quit esports after getting the miliion and pull all my money into stocks. As mentioned: Its 1kk $ for a 5 player team. Also it will have probably quite a high learning curve from the start. Im curious if and how they will have some tutorials/oflline playability. Might be crucial for a broad acceptance from the start.

I like how Rotti always pours his heart out when posting on forums. It's so cute and not a lot of people do that anymore. <3

Did they push it back an hour? I was nervous thinking that I had overslept lol

Ooh ok now this make sense. So which one of these three are most popular?

This is wrongggg mr bitter and rotterdam themselves said sc2 was pushed back because of LoL. seriously. idk what they said but 5:30 CEST has been on http://www.teamliquid.net/iem/ for over a day now so I don't think that's true. at least unless this final lol game takes a loong time.
yeah i watched the whole day for the times here http://www.teamliquid.net/iem/ and it was always 5.30 pm even if the casters said something was pushed back maybe they got confused with german times as well can happen.
but everything is on schedule as can be according http://www.teamliquid.net/iem/ and nothing changed on their timewise so these are the right times.

Oh well im quite enjoying watching dota, some of the earlier rounds were less intense but that last game was quite good (regardless of na'vi dominating quite hard) i actually cant wait to play dota 2! Seems quite good already and they are still planning to do a ton more work on it, its not being released until next year.
Think it was really cool of valve to do a championship with a huge prizepool. I dont follow the dota scene , but what game do these teams that are playing in the dota 2 championships usually play, are they wc3 dota players? or are they LOL or Hon players. I assume they are just proffesional dota teams.

Bitter has been so great this whole tournament. I'm really impressed at his confidence during the casts for his first major live event.

I don't really care what they said or the IEM overlay said. The schedule at IEM has said 17:30, and teamliquid.net/iem/ has said 17:30, since the beginning of the event. Perhaps there was miscommunication among whatever sources you were watching.

afaik, HoN was the most popular, but then it started to make people pay for it, then LoL came out, so people moved to LoL, then HoN removed its toll, but yeah still ppl play LoL the most.
