NaDa ended up getting Mana in the brackets due to this, and we all know what happened afterwards. The Sangho/Socke situation is almost exactly the same. Different tournament, different rules I guess... no, they're the same rules. In assembly the group looked like this: Elfi points:6 mapscore: 4:3 Nada points:6 mapscore: 5:3 Nightend points:3 mapscore: 3:4 Haypro points:3 mapscore:2:4 Elfi was placed infront of nada because defeated him in a direct fight. if there is a tie, following rules apply: Direct confrontation > map score > tie break. this time at IEM the final results were: Socke points:6 mapscore: 5:3 Select points:6 mapscore: 5:3 Sangho points:6 mapscore: 5:4 Diestar points:0 mapscore: 1:6 again, following thing applies: Direct confrontation > map score > tie break. the direct confrontation thing didnt help us at all because: select > sangho socke > select sangho > socke you cant determine who has to go. that's why fall back and use the mapscore to determine that, and since sangho was only +1 and not +2 he had to go. now that they were able to determine who is gone, they apply the direct confrontation to determine who is first and who second. socke won against select, and thus is first. if sangho would have gone 5:3 there would be a true tie and they would've to play it out.

Its was always gonna be those 2 going through, but wanted to know the order so i know who they will play after the next groups are solved. Cheers to you and the poster above for the clarification ![]()

MLG was releasing the replays around 10 mins after games were played, it's just that idiots were figuring out the players' codes and spamming them in-game that resulted in MLG not releasing the replays that fast. I really think it's sort of stupid to take this as a negative thing against MLG, they did this for the players' and tournament best interest. EDIT: Also once again, the thread is not being updated. =/
