How to beat Idra: Step 1: Fail 11 rax Step 2: Fight Roaches with Helions Step 3: Win?
Or just kill your own command center...

I'm pretty sure Idra allined XC on purpose, leave after he saw his roach agression would not do damage because he wasn't arsed to play this map. With what Happy showed in game1, Idra can do this pretty safely.

So he could tire himself out fighting a losing battle for your entertainment, OR he could take a long shot and all-in to either end the series or move on to the next map where he has a much better chance of winning.
Hmmmm...

I think the chat has it right, idra just didnt want to play xelnaga at all no matter what and knows he's gonna crush him on metal... i mean he even gg'd rofl

Stream black or is it me? Edit: seems fine now

Maybe Idra is matchfixing, that's why he always GG's prematurely

Why would you expect IdrA would be past something that has been an ingrained part of his personality for years?
Do you people honestly think it's as easy as flipping a switch and saying "I will never overreact to a negative thing in a game again."?

He doesn't care if you cheer for him, you are still going to watch him play (and subsequently bitch about it) I am only because I watch every game of this team match. I do not particularly look forward to Idras games. But yeah, his fans are content mostly as long as he drops the occasional "bm".

Idra lost a few lings and some mining time, might be time to gg.

With what Happy showed in G1, he has no chance in G3 now that IdrA has map choice.
Really disappointing series so far
Most disappointing part is the current blank black screent hough lol
EDIT: works now after a 2nd refresh.

Definitely a much closer game. IdrA taking advantage of the positions and safety of his third spot to expand very early.

It's just everything Happy tried failed, yet Idra left. Maybe he didn't want to play that map, but it's pretty disrespectful to everyone involved- from the fans to the league to his team. EG is not paying him to throw games. They're paying him to play the damn games to the best of his ability, even on a map he doesn't like.

Happy was ridiculously cost efficient in that engagement.

Generally happens if terran can hit just before muta

Line style that is very light on banelings. Good decision given how strong happy's bling micro is.

55 supply lead for Idra... guess he had good reason to be confident on this map compared to XC
