Stay positive, be happy and enjoy the event. Caster bashing and player bashing? Too much whining? Uh-oh!

damn if nada would have ran with his SCVs instead of attacking the zealots he would have probably not gotten that far behind. Also, that was almost an embarrassing display of non-micro on elfi's part. There is no way that last engagement should have been anywhere near that close given the tech and army size elfi had.

I'm not familiar with Totalbiscuit, do I have to expect more loud shouts like this one? I have a headache and still want to watch the games with commentary but that just killed me.

edit: nvm idra is streaming

TB is usually pretty loud, just because he's excited.

Not really, Elfi just played the match of his career.

No, it's embarassing for Nada to drop a series to Elfi. It's not like losing to a WhiteRa or a Naniwa. Elfi's a very good protoss but he's never distinguished himself in a major sc2 event.

Elfi had one particularly good moment of decision making and Nada for his part failed badly at dealing with it :/

I heard that Elfi beat Stephano on ladder multiple times recently. If that's true, he is becoming a beast

Nada vs Elfi was such a big upset that although http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Assembly_Summer_2011/Groups
has updated the scores, Nada 0-1 is higher placed than Elfi 1-0!

LOOOL... you should've checked the scores previously more often as the games progressed. They had the same thing for other players, they just are slow to switch the order up, but not slow to add the scores.

It seems like the European scene has a lot of innovative play that matches up well against Korea ("standard") or US (mostly Korean-style but worse ) builds. Games like this one, going back to Adelscott's defeat of MVP, etc.

Jimpo what the heck are you doing?!

He just lost like 4-5 medivacs for no reason. That is megacostly when you need your starports for vikings.........

If he loses it will be because of that.

How is it embarassing just because the player in question doesn't have a large number of recent high profile tournament wins under his belt? You make it sound as if reputation and e-fame were more important than player skill.

Get your priorities straight. With the exception of the failed 4Gate in game 2, Elfi played very solid and deserved to take the series. Regardless of whether he's an international tournament ace or keeps a low profile.
