If he was in the open bracket, he would have been done after that first lost. Instead he had a time to calm down, come back, and start destroying. The guys in the open bracket had, for the most part, no prep time. The guys in the league had a whole week to prepare exact plans. The NASL might be more of hassle as far as time, but it isn't like you were playing that much, it was just a bit more work while being far safer. I can understand complaining about it being a BO3 with no loser bracket, I personally would have preferred a BO5, but are you honestly saying ret would have came back? I see no way he was going to beat anyone, not Puma, or anyone else in the top 15. He played badly, and deserved to lose. | ||
