The WB winner is obviously still better off than the LB winner, but a 1-0 reward is less than everyone else in the tournament gets, since they get to start another Bo3. The WB winner shouldn't be given a lesser "cushion" just because he is skilled enough to not have needed one going into the final. I understand why they do it, because winning 2 Bo3 in a row is very hard, so it builds more excitement in viewers and such, but at the same time, it kind of gives me a bad feeling. I won't say it de-legitimizes the tournament because it obviously doesn't, but it seems a little unfair for the players, and catering maybe too much for the viewers. | ||
