Sadly it seems I have to put this up yet again. Any of the following types of posts will be met with immediate bans:

Imbalance whine/Player bashing/Caster bashing/Stream complaining/Off topic arguing.

Stick to the games and enjoy the event and its free services and coverage.

bomber just showed us why it took him so long to get an code A spot. sometimes hes playing dumb random stuff. the 2 port banshee thingy is way too random and risky. And then this blind timingpush at meta.

Bomber is good enough 2 rely on his mechanics and his skills but today he just tried it in the second game where he got too far behind after moons banelings bust.

but yeah good for Moon.

I'm pretty amazed that streamers still pick Justin for a global audience, even though it's been proven time and time again that it just isn't reliable enough.

i didn't see anything special. he's like julyzerg but terran. very aggressive and solid play, but so risky and cocky - cheese/hidden expo etc. consistantly disappointing even from his first group match, definitely not deserving of winning the tournament.

mana and happy could have beaten him in the group stages with a bit of luck.

You have got to be kidding me.

Is that why all the korean players in GSL are so scared of him?

Give me a break.

obviously he's a good player. but his demonstration of skill at dreamhack summer has been lacking.

i can't recall a single series in this tournament that bomber won through simply outclassing his opponent.

look at his first game versus happy on xel'naga caverns. happy's skill was easily on the level of bomber, but unfortunately happy failed to spot the hidden expo which cost him the game (and similar in game2 plus the cheese).

in the final game against MC, he won because MC was trying too hard to get the experimental archon composition right from the start. hence the mass zealots and almost skipping colossus, such a fragile build in PvT because you need sentry to survive but that makes your zealots weak as hell. bomber just went standard and practically won with an a-move.

players like MC, MMA, nestea and MVP look so good. you can tell it's them because of insanely good decision making, control and taking 'unusual' strategies and making them insanely good.

bomber's decision making looks sloppy.

i was expecting a lot more... imo MMA looks a much better player.

Bomber is #1 ELO worldwide - http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/players/detailed_elo.php?section=sc2-korean&

ELO is not good in SC2, most of his games are from tournaments that most of the top players didn't even compete in

Do you know how ELO works? You don't get much points winning against bad players.

What?? Most of the games appear to be from the GSL or from the Asia Champions Trophy that appeared to have a pretty solid pool.

I'm glad that dreamhack prove that koreans are not unbeatable in LAN setting.
It`s still only Huk who managed to beat Koreans (Moon+July) and he avoided MC and Bomber. But it`s possible.

We already knew the Koreans weren't unbeatable (they've dropped plenty of games), the problem is how big the skill gap is between them.

Worse, HuK being the only one breaking the top 3 Korean streak doesn't do anything for most foreigners, because he only got where he is due to staying in Korea for months. How many other foreigners are willing to do that?

It's still clear that the foreign scene is way behind, and something needs to be done if they don't want to be run over by Koreans in every major tournament.

so many moon doubters, where are you now ^^?

Here I am, he went for extremely cheesy strategies in all 3 games and Bomber played right into his hands.

Wow are you serious.

1. Bomber goes 2 port banshee all-in first game and gets lucky.
2. Moon beats Bomber in a straight-up macro game in game 2.
3. Bomber plays like shit in game 3 and gets straight up raped by Moon.

1 + 2 + 3 = Moon went for extremely cheesy strategies .......?????

Don't be mad you lost money. Bomber was the cheesy one this series and Moon took advantage. I don't even like Moon (nor do I dislike him) but you're post is so full of shit; it's like you didn't even watch the game.

1. Baneling bust instead of teching to muta which is the correct response to 2 port banshee
2. Baneling bust, which got him a 30 drone lead, that he decided to drag out into a 37 minute game
3. Pure roach against Terran ... Need I say more? Had Bomber not suicided ALL his units into the fog of war + creep he would've won 100%.

Game 1, moon lost due to not reacting properly to a cheese, I agree.
Game 2, Moon had THREE bases when he attacked. Three. Moon played aggressively while still not neglecting his economy. He continued to apply constant pressure vs a terran player with a low base count, something that can be quite difficult against a player as good as bomber.
Game 3, moon punished bomber for a mistake (well several, including the unupgraded marines and showing his CC) and won, similar to game 1. Except Moon was not doing a cheese. In addition, he showed off a pretty interesting 2-base drop build to take advantage of close air spawns.

Players improve. Stop being a fanboy and enjoy some great SC2 games.
