hard work pays off.. nothing to do with being Korean or not, most of the hardest working players seem to be Korean though

i didn't see anything special. he's like julyzerg but terran. very aggressive and solid play, but so risky and cocky - cheese/hidden expo etc. consistantly disappointing even from his first group match, definitely not deserving of winning the tournament.
mana and happy could have beaten him in the group stages with a bit of luck. You have got to be kidding me. Is that why all the korean players in GSL are so scared of him? Give me a break. obviously he's a good player. but his demonstration of skill at dreamhack summer has been lacking. i can't recall a single series in this tournament that bomber won through simply outclassing his opponent. look at his first game versus happy on xel'naga caverns. happy's skill was easily on the level of bomber, but unfortunately happy failed to spot the hidden expo which cost him the game (and similar in game2 plus the cheese). in the final game against MC, he won because MC was trying too hard to get the experimental archon composition right from the start. hence the mass zealots and almost skipping colossus, such a fragile build in PvT because you need sentry to survive but that makes your zealots weak as hell. bomber just went standard and practically won with an a-move. players like MC, MMA, nestea and MVP look so good. you can tell it's them because of insanely good decision making, control and taking 'unusual' strategies and making them insanely good. bomber's decision making looks sloppy. i was expecting a lot more... imo MMA looks a much better player. Bomber is #1 ELO worldwide - http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/players/detailed_elo.php?section=sc2-korean&
ELO is not good in SC2, most of his games are from tournaments that most of the top players didn't even compete in

I can't find this anywhere, who won the tournament? Or, is it not over yet?

Okay so when is the next match? The stream has 40k viewers but no game up?

Just remembered DH was on today, and realized 1) Huk is doing very well (gj) and Moon made it through on his side of the bracket (wtf, didn't expect that at all). Maybe Bomber's TvZ isn't up to par with his other matchups, though it feels unlikely.

I think IdrA has a really bad mentality. Watch DRG vs sC on Metalopolis to see what I'm talking about!

Dreamhack is something really different to GSL. GSL Preparationtime: ~ 1 week. Dreamhack Preparationtime: ~1 Hour

It's not worth responding to this guy ChickenLips has his own, very vocal, opinion, and it´s hard to convince him otherwise. I do like to read it though, although responding to it usually isn´t the best idea, and I've stopped doing that, but hey, different people = different point of views. That's just the way it is .

Either you haven't watched Bomber vs MC or you... ...hmm..no, not worth the temp ban. One match doesn't really make a difference Bomber is rather inconsistent. When he's good he's amazing (Code A run). But he's prone to losing in matches he shouldn't or just being extremely unimpressive often. (a lot of GSTL games)
