Here I am, he went for extremely cheesy strategies in all 3 games and Bomber played right into his hands.

Wow are you serious.

1. Bomber goes 2 port banshee all-in first game and gets lucky.
2. Moon beats Bomber in a straight-up macro game in game 2.
3. Bomber plays like shit in game 3 and gets straight up raped by Moon.

1 + 2 + 3 = Moon went for extremely cheesy strategies .......?????

Don't be mad you lost money. Bomber was the cheesy one this series and Moon took advantage. I don't even like Moon (nor do I dislike him) but you're post is so full of shit; it's like you didn't even watch the game.

1. Baneling bust instead of teching to muta which is the correct response to 2 port banshee
2. Baneling bust, which got him a 30 drone lead, that he decided to drag out into a 37 minute game
3. Pure roach against Terran ... Need I say more? Had Bomber not suicided ALL his units into the fog of war + creep he would've won 100%.

You've got 2 points wrong:

2. The baneling bust was after failed helion pressure, so it was also the correct response. As for dragging it into a 40min game, recall how many Orbitals Bomber had even though he lost control of his natural (3 or 4?). There was never a "30 drone lead."
3. He also had overloard drops, which are relatively untested. Even if Bomber hadn't suicided his tanks in, it would've been hard to keep his main defended while continuing his death push.

Well I wouldn't say a 70% winrate in TvZ is bad including a 3-0 record against Losira, what's up with people always bashing on the players losing games? Every player will lose games in Sc2, that's how it is and always will be...

Well done by Moon, gl in the finals, but... HUK FIGHTING!

Well, not hating on Bomber's record here, I think he's amazing, but don't count Losira's ZvT in this discussion haha His ZvT is really lackluster.

I think that's really odd that Losira's ZvT needs work, considering one of his practice

plz, someone tell me how was the third game of Bomber vs Moon?

I know Moon won, but how did it go?

that wasnt your internet it wenn off for everyone and still is for me.

1080p refused to work and everyone who had it on a high resultion had a black screen.

Game 3 was Bomber faking a 2 rax but expanding and Moon doing a (kind of ) 2 Base allin with pure roach production, Bomber moves out on the creep and gets overwhelmed by Moon, Moon then drops the main and wins

i didn't want to say anything before, but bomber was hugely disappointing in this tournament.

i didn't see anything special. he's like julyzerg but terran. very aggressive and solid play, but so risky and cocky - cheese/hidden expo etc. consistantly disappointing even from his first group match, definitely not deserving of winning the tournament.

mana and happy could have beaten him in the group stages with a bit of luck.

You have got to be kidding me.

Is that why all the korean players in GSL are so scared of him?

Give me a break.

obviously he's a good player. but his demonstration of skill at dreamhack summer has been lacking.

i can't recall a single series in this tournament that bomber won through simply outclassing his opponent.

look at his first game versus happy on xel'naga caverns. happy's skill was easily on the level of bomber, but unfortunately happy failed to spot the hidden expo which cost him the game (and similar in game2 plus the cheese).

in the final game against MC, he won because MC was trying too hard to get the experimental archon composition right from the start. hence the mass zealots and almost skipping colossus, such a fragile build in PvT because you need sentry to survive but that makes your zealots weak as hell. bomber just went standard and practically won with an a-move.

players like MC, MMA, nestea and MVP look so good. you can tell it's them because of insanely good decision making, control and taking 'unusual' strategies and making them insanely good.

bomber's decision making looks sloppy.

I assume you missed his actual first game which was versus XLord. I'd say that one was won through outclassing his opponent.
But Bomber hasn't really impressed at Dreamhack no, that is correct.

1. Being aggressive vs. cheesy all-in aggression makes Moon the cheesy one right?
2. What you wrote in no way agrees with your accusation of "extremely cheesy strategy."
3. ... derp. Moon scouted the 2 gas so he knew blue-flame hellions were a possibility. Roaches are the correct response to hellions, no? In any case how the fuck does Bomber suiciding units mean Moon is cheesy?

Your posts don't even agree with each other, and you need to stop posting that shit before you look even more the idiot that you already have.

Better to keep your mouth shut and have people wonder if you're stupid than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

1. lol more like, 1 all-in vs another
2. playing macro, playing absolutely safe (not trying to break the tank wall) is "deciding to drag out"? Sure there were some bad engagements, but who won in the end?
3. again Moon won the mindgames here, with the pool first expecting 2 rax and then taking advantage of the close air positions with drop.
I never understand the arguments like, "X player played better than the guy who won!" especially over a BoX. No. If that's true, why didn't he win?

You have been trolling all weekend with your blatant fanboyism and speculation ("bomber would have won 100%" as if you can predict how every engagement would go?). please stop ok?

Who's we?

I know me and all my swedish friends were able to watch in without any problem whatsoever.

Yeah I've had no problems with jtv before that last game between bomber and moon. I guess they're having some technical difficulties.

not true it was working on 720p (apparently) which i was always on

basically moon started amassing roaches while getting overlord drop and roach speed at the same time, then he moved out just as bomber was making a huge timing attack with tanks and marines

moon caught all of them off guard and unsieged, killed them all
then instead of just running in moon picked up all his roaches and sent them straight into the main

nothing bomber could do

I missed the game so I have no ground to speak but you make it sound an awful lot like medivac play :D

chickenlips what is your problem, you are letting your obsessive 'fanboyismness' and feel the need to moan and bitch on here? moons 'cheesy baneling busts' were in response to Bombers 'cheesy 2pot banshee.'

cheese is a part of the game, you cant bash players you dont obsess over for cheesing and then praise the ones you do for implementing it into their strategy.

god, youre such an annoying person

No one's overrating Moon. We all get that he's not the best Korean who got invited. But he deserves his place in the finals.

The comparison with Rain is ridiculous for two reasons:

1. Rain isn't that bad.
2. Rain got through by cheesing most of his games. Moon has won long drawn out macro games against extremely tough opponents, going 4-1 in his group and beating WhiteRa, Naniwa and now Bomber.
