Moon beats Bomber in a straight-up macro game in game 2. 3. Bomber plays like shit in game 3 and gets straight up raped by Moon. 1 + 2 + 3 = Moon went for extremely cheesy strategies .......????? Don't be mad you lost money. Bomber was the cheesy one this series and Moon took advantage. I don't even like Moon (nor do I dislike him) but you're post is so full of shit; it's like you didn't even watch the game. 1. Baneling bust instead of teching to muta which is the correct response to 2 port banshee 2. Baneling bust, which got him a 30 drone lead, that he decided to drag out into a 37 minute game 3. Pure roach against Terran ... Need I say more? Had Bomber not suicided ALL his units into the fog of war + creep he would've won 100%. My head just exploded. I think you're obligated to come clean this shit up. None of those games were a solid Zerg style, he just turned out lucky in a Bo3, and if taking into account raw skill Bomber is certainly the better player, he just played really awfully.
It's not worth responding to this guy

HuK and Moon clearly deserve to be in the Finals, because they were the better players today.. yeah huk is like the best player in the world now that he beat predy, socke, fury, lalush etc Too bad tournaments can't be round robins with Best of Infinity matches. they cannot, but that doesn't mean we have to draw silly conclusions every time player X beats player Y in a boZ

Maybe because Huk beat him 2-0 in pool-play IdrA beat MC 2-0 in pool-play. How did that one go ? Try to use your brain. You generalize a situation based upon a match (which was a very weird match cause of IdrA strange personnality). When you 2-0 a guy, you are the favorite if the game is one day after the 2-0 in general, so don't be silly (and I don't say it's an easy win for Huk) Nah, MC was jetlagged the first day -- and it was the first game of the tournament --. MC would probably lose to Idra at most a game or two out of 10 in normal circumstances. What you said is completely irrelevant, we aren't talking about this match in particular, read the quotes before posting ...
Uh? I am implying there were different circumstances for both series so they are not comparable... how the fuck is that not relevant to a comment like this: 'look what happened to Idra vs MC in MGL"

Fucking justin.tv, can't even watch a tournament hosted in my own country without problems. None of the quality options works for me atm...

HUKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!! LET'S GO. I JUST WOKE UP. I'M FUCKING HYPED, YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

I'm glad that dreamhack prove that koreans are not unbeatable in LAN setting. It`s still only Huk who managed to beat Koreans (Moon+July) and he avoided MC and Bomber. But it`s possible.

i didn't see anything special. he's like julyzerg but terran. very aggressive and solid play, but so risky and cocky - cheese/hidden expo etc. consistantly disappointing even from his first group match, definitely not deserving of winning the tournament.
mana and happy could have beaten him in the group stages with a bit of luck. You have got to be kidding me. Is that why all the korean players in GSL are so scared of him? Give me a break. obviously he's a good player. but his demonstration of skill at dreamhack summer has been lacking. i can't recall a single series in this tournament that bomber won through simply outclassing his opponent. look at his first game versus happy on xel'naga caverns. happy's skill was easily on the level of bomber, but unfortunately happy failed to spot the hidden expo which cost him the game (and similar in game2 plus the cheese). in the final game against MC, he won because MC was trying too hard to get the experimental archon composition right from the start. hence the mass zealots and almost skipping colossus, such a fragile build in PvT because you need sentry to survive but that makes your zealots weak as hell. bomber just went standard and practically won with an a-move. players like MC, MMA, nestea and MVP look so good. you can tell it's them because of insanely good decision making, control and taking 'unusual' strategies and making them insanely good. bomber's decision making looks sloppy. i was expecting a lot more... imo MMA looks a much better player. Bomber is #1 ELO worldwide - http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/players/detailed_elo.php?section=sc2-korean&

oh man, your own bias is clouding your judgment.
Happy didn't lose because he didn't scout the hidden expo LMAO
there's no such thing as a hidden expo in a 30 minute TvT on xel, Bomber just had better positioning, decision-making and macro. If anything Happy played that sloppily.
g3 he didn't win because MC was trying to get some fragile build going, it was because of the mindgames. MC knows Bomber loves to get an insane viking count up, so he made 2-3 colossi and instantly went into Templar. This stuff is costly on gas, and what else is he gonna make to fend off a push while barely having the composition he needs. Zealots and morph Templar into Archons of course.
He didn't play up to his potential, but don't pull out flat-wrong examples to justify your argument.

july vs bomber game about to start...

lol at the 'muta is correct response to banshee'.
why? because most people seem to go mutalisk so it must be the correct response?
play as terran, open banshee, then see how easily you can stop a baneling bust.
