Maybe because Huk beat him 2-0 in pool-play IdrA beat MC 2-0 in pool-play. How did that one go ? Try to use your brain. You generalize a situation based upon a match (which was a very weird match cause of IdrA strange personnality). When you 2-0 a guy, you are the favorite if the game is one day after the 2-0 in general, so don't be silly (and I don't say it's an easy win for Huk) I think you'll find i am the one using my brain and you're the one being silly. The question in which you answered to was ' how do you guys think Huk is auto win? ' Just because he beat him 2-0, doesn't mean it's an auto win ffs. Anyone who says that is just stupid and being ridiculous. Favourite? Possibly, but auto win? Sorry, no. I dunno, Huk's PVZ seems absolutely AMAZING this tournament, and even in the past, too (I really feel like it was his PVP that held him back, especially losing sets to InCa, who's one hell of a PVP sniper). Couple that with 2-0ing Moon earlier in the tournament, I feel he has a good chance to 3-0, but I think it will be 3-1. Huk's also suuuuuuuuuuuper good at fending off early game zerg heavy pressure/all-in-ish plays.

"playing too safe for my liking" - does apollo not know that hes playing against julyzerg?

And we see the 2 rax, 2 refinery into CC STYLE... its getting old with the STYLE, everything now is a STYLE.

Bomber just off his game. Hope he can get it together. Might still be replaying his previous games in his head.

huk went this far into the tournament not only because he has natural skill but mainly due to the practice in korea. his placement in the finals only proves that usa/europe doesnt practice as much and as efficiently as the pros in korea.

Bomb pushing out and 24 lings in production for July!

Here I am, he went for extremely cheesy strategies in all 3 games and Bomber played right into his hands. Wow are you serious. 1. Bomber goes 2 port banshee all-in first game and gets lucky. 2. Moon beats Bomber in a straight-up macro game in game 2. 3. Bomber plays like shit in game 3 and gets straight up raped by Moon. 1 + 2 + 3 = Moon went for extremely cheesy strategies .......????? Don't be mad you lost money. Bomber was the cheesy one this series and Moon took advantage. I don't even like Moon (nor do I dislike him) but you're post is so full of shit; it's like you didn't even watch the game. 1. Baneling bust instead of teching to muta which is the correct response to 2 port banshee 2. Baneling bust, which got him a 30 drone lead, that he decided to drag out into a 37 minute game 3. Pure roach against Terran ... Need I say more? Had Bomber not suicided ALL his units into the fog of war + creep he would've won 100%. My head just exploded. I think you're obligated to come clean this shit up. None of those games were a solid Zerg style, he just turned out lucky in a Bo3, and if taking into account raw skill Bomber is certainly the better player, he just played really awfully. its amazing how much brainwash IdrA has people.. wow.. seriously? Idra? Wait, what?
Agree with this, people really need to start thinking for themselves and not think exactly like idra, and if you can't defend a baneling bust youre not playing a solid terran style so your arguments are kinda flawed chickenlips.
Besides, Moon won, I thought there was nothing particularly cheesy about his play, but he could have 6pooled every game and it would still have been a legit win.
Btw as for game 1, there is nothing such as a "correct response to X", if it works, it's a good response. The fact is, that if moon would have made queens while busting, he would have won that game too, which makes it a correct response obviously.

i didn't see anything special. he's like julyzerg but terran. very aggressive and solid play, but so risky and cocky - cheese/hidden expo etc. consistantly disappointing even from his first group match, definitely not deserving of winning the tournament.
mana and happy could have beaten him in the group stages with a bit of luck. You have got to be kidding me. Is that why all the korean players in GSL are so scared of him? Give me a break. obviously he's a good player. but his demonstration of skill at dreamhack summer has been lacking. i can't recall a single series in this tournament that bomber won through simply outclassing his opponent. look at his first game versus happy on xel'naga caverns. happy's skill was easily on the level of bomber, but unfortunately happy failed to spot the hidden expo which cost him the game (and similar in game2 plus the cheese). in the final game against MC, he won because MC was trying too hard to get the experimental archon composition right from the start. hence the mass zealots and almost skipping colossus, such a fragile build in PvT because you need sentry to survive but that makes your zealots weak as hell. bomber just went standard and practically won with an a-move. players like MC, MMA, nestea and MVP look so good. you can tell it's them because of insanely good decision making, control and taking 'unusual' strategies and making them insanely good. bomber's decision making looks sloppy.

MMA is currently not the same league as MC, nestea and MVP. Another flawed observation. MMA has alot of potential, but still 1 level below.
> bomber's decision making looks sloppy That is why he lost, but it is only in this tournament. Please watch MVP vs Bomber Code A final.
