I think you are talking about GSL 2 Im talking about the recent GSTL 2 teamleague.... It helps when you read what i write... Yeah because Prime is awful, too. You can count it as the only good accomplishment that rainbow get since GSL 1. But it was nothing impressive. Prime is awful now? I know that they have a Super Tourney Champ and a GSL finalist on their team but oh yeah they must be terrible... They have good players certainly. As a team? Awful. Only team not to win in GSTL.

One good and one decent player isn't enough to be not an awful _team_. Oh well BBoongBBoong is also decent I guess, at least as decent as Polt is, who is overrated since the supertournament...

I think its too soon to call him overrated. I haven't felt like people expect him to do that well again...

Since the topic has kind of shifted I just want to clarify that I dont think Rainbow is as bad as everyone makes him out to be and that he is in a terrible slump much like FruitDealer but Rainbow has shown good signs of strength( Ex. GSTL 2 Where he beats 3 good players) Im not saying Prime is a good team, but he beat three very good players showing he still has some fight in him.

The results of Sc vs Jinro and Tiger vs Curious are still not on the bracket.. I wonder what happened with those games??

Okay I am so damn confused about what's going on with the NASL. There was this weird bracket play, it didn't make any sense, and whatever, we just watched games of cool people matched up with everyone else. Cool games. Top two got rewarded somehow, I think are secured to go to the finals? Or have to fight again amongst the other top 2's to go.
Then everyone else, who pretty much had lost the first 4 games (grubby, artosis, qxc) might as well just given up, but they kept playing games. That's cool. I guess like last 2 aren't seeded or something.
Then there's the open. No clue what that is. I think it's just a random open bracket tournament. But top 1 gets to come to finals.
And then. Like, there were some playoffs? And theres no 'schedule' sheet like GOMTV has. I don't even know who the top 2's are in the divisions. I'm just really confused. GOMTV makes it simple with just a "SCHEDULE" page that's up to date.
And did I pay money for NASL, but not be able to watch the finals? Do I have to buy another ticket just to watch the finals for it?

No, if you are already a subscriber you do not have to pay to watch the finals, unless you plan on going to the live event in Ontario.
I do agree, their tournament system (and reporting of it) is a little confusing. MLG is worse.

There is nothing preventing you from checking out the official NASL website (NASl.tv). The FAQ section explains the format. This picture, which has been out for months now, explains the format. (It's shittily designed, but still :p). The Standings section shows the results of the divisional play and playoffs.
I can promise you that it took longer for you to draft that post than it would have taken you to visit the site and get answers to every question you asked.
Their communication and handling of the post-divisional play has been less than ideal, but it's really not that hard to keep yourself informed. Fuck, even taking a look at the TL event calendar and typing in "NASL" (which literally takes about 15 seconds) would've given you the exact schedule of every broadcast.

Who and how many people get to quality?
|
Wow, just noticed that CheckPrime really is on a roll ...
|
Here are the finals brackets if that's what you're looking for...
I don't know why this isn't up on nasl.tv, it looks like they haven't been updating that site very well..
