The issue is that SC2 just came around. Halo has been their staple for years. They had a fixed budget at the start of the year (which they've subsequently broken to fork out for the SC2 fans to make their product awesome [koreans, stream, etc.]) which they split between the games, if they cut Halo budget for SC2 they would be showing disloyalty to one community. I'm sure the prizemoney will be sorted in the future. | ||

The grand finals, in Providence, holds a LARGE bulk of the prize money. The prize pools were set BEFORE the season began so they won't change the prize pools mid season. So it doesn't matter what the viewership is right now. It can only effect next season. On that note I wouldn't be surprised if next season the prize pool in general is bigger for SC2 then some of the other games. | ||

Going off yesterdays experience, they will eventually put up 2 big 8 hour videos you can skip through to whatever point you want. That happened a couple of hours from now yesterday I think. | ||
