I think that means you have to fault him for his decision-making since it cost him the game.

Well, Team Liquid is always a fail in tournaments and this is no different, both players played pretty poorly to be honest.
Hydra hard counters every single protoss unit except HT and Colossus, one would expect that Nony/Tyler knew that.
