Sorry if this has already been asked.
They update them only periodically. It's kind of annoying but that's how they've decided to go about it.

Damn, some more information REALLY needs to be added into the OP. I'm sorry, but there's no excuse to not have links to brackets/results, etc.
Like, I didn't even know some of the players in the pool would be participating, but it does look like a lot dropped out for whatever reasons unfortunately, probably conflicting with GSL or they just couldn't handle the latency after they tried out their first game.

There was a 3 way tie for top place in my group, including me. I had an undefeated record except for a forfeit loss in the first round. Despite me having the best overall score compared to the other two people (8-0 versus 8-3, 8-1), I didn't advance on, and I was never notified of having to play a tiebreaker.
I even beat one of those players 2-0, the other being my forfeit loss(for being one minute late).
As a master league player in the group, I think it's pretty fucking dumb that gold league and platinum league players got the advance over me. They need to manage this shit better. If I get e-mails regarding every match in the past notifying me of an upcoming match, and then they don't even tell me that I have to play a tiebreaker but give the other two players the advance, then at this point I have no interest in even continuing in this tournament.
tl;dr bad managing, screwing over the best player in the group

It will get better as the rounds progress with inactive players being filtered out. At the very least, it means your games are more likely to be casted if people aren't playing as much. *shrugs*

having 2 matches in 1 day is really putting me off from playing this... On 1st day of qualifier play, I played my first match but I didn't realize that I had a 2nd match that day 2 hours after my 1st... I have to set aside 3+ hours in a block to play. I really dislike this.

6 FFW in a group of 10...

Any way we can have Forced Reschedules for this thursday (and possibly sunday), as some people have to travel to get to MLG and i dont think we should be penalized for that.

Just played a guy that ladders as and "most played race" is Zerg, but has played all his tournament matches (that I can see) as Protoss. He plays Toss at a high master/GM level. Probably a GM smurf or at least account sharing. I know there isn't really anything the TDs can do about this, and I expected smurfing when I signed up, but letting others know that I'm pretty sure I just played one, and I'd guess there are more out there. It is the internetz after all.
Is what it is.

There was no restriction regarding the league when you sign up.

I'm not a fan of playing two matches back to back.

I understand this, but it is dividing into pro and amateur leagues, which at least gives the illusion that amateurs won't have to play "pros," whatever that term really means.
In reality it means probably some lower tier pros are either smurfing the "amateur" side while playing in the pro one as well, or just playing in the amateur one only. Whether or not that's what happened to me, I don't know as its hard to really tell in 6 and 8 min all-in games, but I'm 90% sure the guy I played was not the "main player" of that account, or it is just some GM protoss' smurf account (the account was a high masters, zerg, fyi).
Again, I'm not that surprised as there wasn't much incentive for pros to NOT smurf the amateur tournie as well.

I don't understand how I did not make it out of the group stages... I'm 5-2 and only have those 2 losses because of FF's, I'm still ranked first I think.

In the euro qualifers there is a bunch of pros in the am bracket
Lau for one along with a few others, It is a bit disapointing that "top" players have purposly entered the am bracket for the easy win / money but oh well I am actually playing games now which is awsome, however its annoying that you cant reschedule your games or your given a week to play them :\
I wonder what the managers/sponsors of the pro players will think with their players are calling themselves amaturs as they have entered this bracket? not the best publicity to say a player on your team won an amatuer tounrament, hardly says your a "pro" team

It's a similar situation for a lot of us. Makes me wish that they actually enforced the cap on registrations for this. There realistically should have only been enough room for about 2500 players. Instead, we have more than 10,000 signups where around 8000 of them aren't even playing their games and trolling everyone else's time!
I have played a grand total of two matches in two months' time. Getting ridiculous.

Still no word. Does anyone know if the reschedule policy is chaned this week due to mlg

Wait--so you are assuming that because he played an 'off-race' and he beat you with all-ins that he is not the main player on the account? You are then also assuming that he is a higher level player than the account he was playing after only 14 minutes of gametime? You are then accusing him of being a pro player in disguise so he can play on both sides of the tournament?
Seems like there are a lot of holes in this thinking.
