The group stages for the Professional division end tomorrow the 28th. Then the final bracket for Professional begins on August 4th.

If you are participating in MLG make sure to post in your match communications thread and contact an official and we will work with you and your opponent to reschedule the match. Contacting an official means going to the Support page on the Geforce tournament website and using one of those methods. Not posting here on this thread. edit: copy and pasting youtube links create a video inside the thread.

The only criticism of the am tournament is that I either have an opponent who is a lot worse than me or I get a guy who just completely rapes me haha. I suppose I do like having the opportunity to play grandmasters it lets me know how far I am from getting to a good skill level. Don't think I will make it of off the second group stage though.

Can the loser who checked in still say he won because his opponent did not check in? tl;dr is checking in mandatory and will you get a forfeit loss if you dont check in? Well in this case the winner should post the results and upload replays. If one player doesn't check in and the other requests a forfeit the system will award him the forfeit. However if you play, you will need to contact an official to reset your match so that you can upload the replays. If you log on to our vent support server please seek out Ahn, Ellis, Mowery, Plitt, or Spangler.

For amateur division, the whole record seems to be wiped out when the phase is not even over, however, when you click on the matches, it shows your previous matches though. What's going on??

Yea, for me too. My individual results are still there (and accurate), but the group scoreboard is gone. My guess was because they were updating, but I don't know.

I let the crew know, they'll look into it soon as they can. Definitely an error.

I think the second tiebreaker (if both players have equal FFL's) is the round differential. Anyone able to confirm this?

The "Qualifying Phase" will consist of best-of-three online play that have advanced from the Preliminary Phase. These Players will be divided into 32 groups consisting of 8 Players per group for general competition (defined below). The top two Players per Group will advance to the "Tournament Round".
