A Bonjwa traditionally was someone who one 3 titles in the space of a year. Furthermore, if you ever watched a bonjwa play, he would play revolutionarily well, nobody would come close. Savior and iloveoov would humiliate their opponents, read some Final Edits to get an idea of this.
There is no one close to this in Starcraft 2, and I wouldn't expect it, game is too volatile at the moment.

WHAT?!... no.. that's crazy. The common denominator between bonjwas is the ability to DOMINATE for extended periods of time in the highest level of competition. And by extended periods, I mean many months or even years.
Boxer, Flash, iloveoov, savior, nada, all have had moments in their pro-gamer career in which they totally dominated the scene. No one has achieved this in SC2 yet. Nestea is probably closest, but he's not there yet.

there are only 2 things certain in gsl:
1.foxer will not win
2. fruitdealer will lose
other than that nestea has been consistent, but been cutting it ultra close against a person who has not been really favoured, so there's no clear sign of dominance yet
