I'm dropping it now. I think your problem is with the understanding of the word literally. You said you "literally" said he wasnt caught cheating 3 times and then you say that you dont really know at all maybe he did maybe he didnt. Literal is an absolute there is no room for interpretation at all. For example when someone says I am literally ROFL ...no you weren't really were you,.
