Human often takes a fast expansion, but other than that, the rest of the races can't really fast expand. One base doesn't have a stigma against it like in SC2 though. You could say that the WC3 equivalent of going for an economic build is going for strong creep camps earlier than normal.

D There is a schedule in the OP. They're running pretty much on schedule with maybe ~15 min delays depending on which stage you're watching.

The off-cast has no caster, it's just someone jumping into games and observing, the main/side stage have casters, but it's various games, you can check the broadcast schedule in the OP to see what is playing when.

I cannot stand energy drinks myself.
WCG has been on life support for some time. Samsung has always thrown money at it and I don't think they really care either when it comes to the set-up.
They're still getting their way with BW even by having a few big PL matches on the main stage.
They can do whatever the fuck they want and get away with it. ;/
