The upgrades may not come from the same tech tree, but upgrades on a whole are cheaper for terran for each specific Tech tree. Armor upgrades for Protoss only effect 33% to 50% of a units total HP's (sans Archons of course), to get the full effect you need both upgrades. You are effectively playing the same price for half the upgrade as other races. | ||

Thors are still fine. The only problem is that Ps have a real counter to them in Immortals now. T shows Thors. P counters with Immortals. T reacts with Ghosts. Ahhh, no. The build is useless now. | ||

They changed the size of it, they changed the strike cannon at least twice and they "fixed" the SCV repair on the thor. I think it needs to be smaller. I can't really decide on its damage. It does great against stalkers, but if the AI shits out and targets air instead, it's piss poor. | ||
