Also, it was really awkward when nor the interviewer, nor the interviewee knew, if they should shake and or not. Those tiny hand movements were so awkwaaaaard:D "I should... no... maybe if I... no, too late.. oh wait, he moved his hand... no, nevermind...erm..." :D

This has been one of if not the best tournaments I've seen so far in my time watching SC2.

In the in-game chat naniwa seemed upset over the fact that chill didn't leave when he started to lag while thorzain kept his cool. This could have been a totally different game if he listened to naniwa. In a tense moment such as the last game in a bo7 the disconnection could have played a factor. Naniwa had to focus on whether chill would stay in the game or not and during that moment naniwa had a great opportunity to expand. Chill couldn't know that he would disconnect but I hope he prepared his computer for a lag free casting session. I think he should apologize to both players especially naniwa. This is just silly in my opinion. Naniwa's been outspoken always, just because thorzain outplayed him, there is no need to make any sort of excuses

ThorZain always keeps his cool. He should be called "ICE"! Way he defended all of Nani's agro was just wonderfully patient even games he lost. Nani OTOH has a way of tilting. That's part of being a better or worse player. Better player won.

It affected both players, yes but they responded, imo, differently and that played a factor in the last game.
