Why is the community biased? It's not bias. It's because we see Protoss and Terran players crush face with all-ins constantly, whereas Zergs almost always play macro games. Cheeses are inherently exciting, but when they happen too often they become boring and repetitive. Zerg cheeses are awesome because they're rare, but if they were as common as Protoss cheeses everyone would bitch about them too.

I guarantee you and most others wouldn't say that had it been InCa. Is that even an all-in? I mean, it wasn't THAT unit-heavy off 2 base. I think If Nestea had seen a lot of units at InCas base, he could've transitioned out of it quite well?
It's not totally all-in but does put you behind a fair amount if it fails. InCa could probably have held that with the hallucination forcefields plus another pylon powering the gateways and Nestea would have had to do some work to pull out a win.

Honestly, if Zerg starts finding powerful all-ins, that'll end up being good for the game long-term, because Protoss and Terran will want to play a little safer, and we'll see fewer BO losses

Why is the community biased? Because nestea can actually win in a macro game, or agression and then macro game. Sorta like how InCa made it to the finals by beating NaDa in a 20-minute game without building a robo bay? It's because he's protoss, that's ultimately all there is to it.

Incas Allins aren't reactive most of the time. Maybe because he doesn't play the reactive race ? Please stop. Race has nothing to do with good scouting and reacting with a solid decision.

Why is the community biased? Because when toss does that, its cheese. They do not scout, nor react to the opponent, they just decide to allin, usually. Nestea had a perfect read on inca and knew that timing would ROFLstomp him Im a toss and i agree, nestea had the absoulute perfect read on that, why would he choose to tire himself out when he could end the game right there. You see an opening yoou go for it simple as that.
Wow whats with all the protoss players qq'ing now, i thought we were better than this guys.

Can we please stop complaining about Protoss vs. Zerg early-game allins? They're equally lame to watch.

I was one of the people cheering anypro vs july, and even then its not the same situation. Inca was cheesing in this game, not nestea :X

Nestea was doing ling pokes though, he was pretty confident based on the timings that cannons weren't coming and he saw enough sentries to convince him that there wasn't a stargate. It was an all-in but it was an informed all in that was very likely to work. That's different than for example Inca making a proxy stargate and chrono boosting out void rays, hes doing that blindly to what Nestea may be doing.
|
So if you go 3gate expo vs Nestea you die to roachling, if you go stargate first you die to hydraling... Is there even a possibility to go to a long game against Nestea?

Because there is a huge difference between what Nestea did and the blind cheeses most protoss use in the first 10 minutes of a game. L2P BRO.

zerg allins are mostly reactionary (exception 6pool) because you saw an hole in the enemies defense to exploit.
allins from protoss or terran are most of the time planned beforehand.
thats why zerg allins are more popular

You know, it's wrong to say this, but with that sloppiest 3 gate expand Inca just bent over and invited a roach rush. Oh and he pops out TWO hallucinations.. wtf? Inca sucked there

Yeah, given how common this build has been recently as a way to punish 3-gate expand, he should've known better.
It's possible he put a lot of confidence in his 'he saw a Stalker so he thinks I'm teching' trick, but obviously NesTea can scout the Nexus going down.
