Great play by MorroW. Dont forget the infestor buff, thats a large part of it. "Infestors are not so strong as they should against Protoss" - Idra after the patch IdrA should try to play protoss vs infestors and I'm sure he'll change his mind : )

"Infestors are not so strong as they should against Protoss" - Idra after the patch Well thats idra, I cant believe people still take his balance talk seriously, it was of course going to take a while to implement infestors in the correct way in the matchup. It's because if the MU is imbalanced then a loss isn't the player's fault, it's Blizzard's. They look to him so that they don't have to acknowledge that their play isn't perfect.

Can we drop the inane balance discussions whenever a zerg wins or loses against protoss? It's just as asinine to claim the matchup is fine and that infestors are the key when the zerg happens to win in one game, especially when the protoss didn't play particularly well
|
Was that a "spanishiwa" kind of opening there by Morrow? I only caught parts of the beginning.

It was a normal 14pool14gas i think, except he is going for a massling bling upgrade style instead of his normal roach composition

I think the gas was pretty late yeah, but not "spanishiwa late".

MorroW continuing to poke at NaNi's front and deny his third with a pack of 1/1(soon 2/1) lings, really smart by him.

Zergs all over the world are doing great against protoss recently. Naniwa played a flawless standard toss game that would have crushed most zergs 1 month ago, but now zergs have learned how to counter the sentry colossus deathball. There is nothing that implies that the matchup is imbalanced in protoss favour.

Donut catching the zerglings, but he denied the nexus so it sort of evened out.

Wonderful flanking by MorroW. Awesome FFs by Naniwa.

Wow, holy forcefields naniwa!

The point is that option which were once thought to not be there are showing up, this is a good sign and honestly I haven't seen any protoss dominance lately so im about ready to retire this particular balance discussion.

NaNi getting +2 weapons and a templar archives, probably to deal with the infestors.

Where do I find results of played games?

I now have a dream : 2GD & TLO casting Code A. It is some consolation to know that they will likely be casting some big events in Northern Europe <3

OMG ONE ZERGLING KILLED THE NEXUS
