I think he explained it recently
Macro is so easy in SC2 that it's super easy for other zergs to keep up with him, even ladder people.
He probably feel that micro builds with banes/10pool is better than roach/infestor, where concaves beat macro and micro.

Infestors are the "developmentally challenged" kids of SC2. You can try and micro them and it doesn't matter.
