A lot of them are visiting Korea and stop by I presume. I know that if I was in the area I'd definately go. You also have to keep in mind that a lot of the people who would've visited Japan this year would probably go to Korea or China/HK instead as well.

ro8 for up and down, round of 16 to stay in code A. up and down has 24 players, the 16 players from code S who were knocked out in the ro32 group stage and the 8 code A players. 16 stay/advance to code S.

To answer your Jinro belonging in Code-s comments, go watch his stream now

I'm a Jinro fan but i dont watch his stream. Im talking based on this season games.
But, between the two, i believe that Jinro is the best one and have the potential to win Code S some day, based on his results.

I am excite. My guess is that Doa mistook Ryung's reply or something because Ryung would end up playing Boxer if Boxer advanced, which is another team kill scenario.
Here's an interview with MMA after MMA's match which says that he'll only meet Ryung in Ro4 (provided both advance): http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=217040

Sorry but you're flat out wrong. Not to mention beating San's PvT which is no slouch. Jinro has been in a slump lately, there is no denying that, but MVP and MC have hit slumps too. I'm not comparing him to their respective skill levels, moreso that good players sometime perform below their skill level; Jinro is definitely a Code-S calibre player, and I anticipate him retaining his status barring some awful matchup in the Up/Downs.

At least we'll still see Boxer in the Super Tournament, next month!

Was hoping at least one of the protosses would of been able to sneak a place!!!

Alive is seriously quite good a player....

1. Alive has always been a very solid player. Always missed Top 8 in Code A because he lost twice to the eventual champion/runner up (TOP and Supernova). And he almost all-killed fOu (lost to sC, who himself is a Top 10 Terran in Korea). 2. Boxer prefers to play games than coach. Go read his interviews, go watch the Boxer's Wings documentary. 3. Boxer, I imagine, makes more money from sponsorship deals and the prize money he won from the previous GSL than continuing on coaching at SKT1. Could be wrong on that 4. If Boxer didn't start SlayerS team, we wouldn't see the emergence of some of the current Top Tier players (Alicia, MMA) and we wouldn't have had a great GSTL 2. 5. Which questions why you want him to go back to SKT, since he is in somewhat of a coaching role in SlayerS. 6. Boxer's doing a lot more growing SC2 than he would have done if he chose to stay on in BW.

o.O Check out the brackets on Liquipedia, it's the real match up. MMA vs Bomber, Ryung vs Alive, because GOMtv posted the brackets in their forums.
Ryung will avenge Boxer! The TvT specialist will show how SlayerS roll!

slayers team has been doing well but Boxer has really been slumping lately. Hopefully he can get out of that soon.

You obviously don't know much about Alive. He hasn't seen much success, but I'd venture to say that TvT is his best matchup, and he's quite good at it.

Not really slumping, it just seems to me that he doesn't get enough time to practice, maybe he has just too much stuff going on. When he improved one matchup like his TvZ recently, he falls down in the others.

I'm happy that MMA and Ryung both made it to up/down.. But I'm kind of sad that Boxer didn't make it Really hoped him to do well and regain his Code-S Well atleast we have some other good Terran players from Slayers in Up/down.. Hope they can get to Code S as well as foreigners (Jinro and Huk)
gogo slayers!

Oh man, Boxer knows how to train his terran kids but is out
