Dimaga 10 pool all in'd Nes Tea who had 15 hatched, and 10 pool is basically the direct counter to a 15 hatch. Seriously Nes Tea lost like 10 drones to blue flame hellions and was still ahead in supply AND drones compared to Jinro. Idra, Ret, Sen, and Dimaga would not have. He was lucky Jinro did not think to look for another expansion or he would of been dead in the water.

Why didn't he scout? It doesn't matter, Jinro never had a scary army at any point in the game. When he had 4 hellions in the main, he could have sent two to the third, that would have been game changing. Afterwards, nah nothing he could do really. You're right, but still, seems like Jinro's strategy was so fragile to begin with, even if executed perfectly. Well I sort of agree, and sort of disagree.... He tried scouting a fair bit, but he missed the expansion, in a logical place. Which was the problem. If he had seen it, the strategy wouldn't be so bad. There would be mutas, but 7-8 instead of 14, is completely different thing to contend with.

Yes, Nes Tea lost one game to Dimaga, when he had DEMOLISHED Dimaga in two previous games(first game of their b03, and the GSTL Team league.) And beating him once does not qualify as being the same stature of Nes Tea. Masq can beat Idra but Masq isn't the same level as Idra. If he had done it with the blue flamed hellions all the drones at that base would have died. That game would have completely changed if that had happened. Mutas were out by then(unless you mean his initial harras with the blue flame hellions.) But even then the drones weren't there yet(were transferring), and Jinro would have never checked there regardless. So yes, Jinro may have gotten 5 more drone kills. But that's hardly game changing when you already have so many.

Every group that ends with 2 players at 2-1 and 2 players at 1-2. GSL4 groups D and H (the one with Idra and Jinro) and GSL5 groups F and H.
