wonder what all of you would have written if he had won that game. dimage did this vs nestea and it was great. jaedong doing it vs flash and others and hes the legend killer. morons...
Welcome to the TL forums... lol Are you people serious? You have to look at the whole situation. The map he did it on. What happened in the previous game. His feelings regarding Protoss (unbeatable at equal skill). His TEAMMATE is in this thread saying he gave up. Disregarding any other indicators, I think a teammate would know better than any of us what his mindset was and what was going on.
How can anyone say that a 6 pool on a 2 player map after a loss is predictable from IDRA, he plays standard 99.9% of his games, I don't think anyone could EXPECT a six pool from IdrA.

oversimplifying a huge battle with heavy positioning, lots of micro, patience in waiting untill the right moment to strike, not to mention all of the stuff that happened before that which made the game play out in the way it did, because you are a hater. how spectacular and unexpected.

Well the composition was still good all things considered. He was in serious doodoo in the beginning. Not all terrans involve tanks, ravens and ghosts, which I think is a stroke of genius. It's coming more and more though so I shouldn't be too much of a fanboy I guess.

Poor Probe he was just a 0,01 second away from Freedom

Granted, there was a lot of that. However, pretty much every Protoss attack does eventually degenerate into an a-move once the timing and positioning is right.

Is it just me or is the Dreamhack Invitational unbelievable awesome overall? It is so funny, entertaining, professional and consistent. Even the breaks and Interviews are entertaining as hell (thanks to 2GD). I never before saw an entertaining tournament like this in the past. I hope this is the future of esport!

after staring at white-ra's name for a while any spelling of the word white seems wrong to me. W-HITE

Another exciting PvP final, lets see who goes 4 gate and who chronos out stalkers...

When your own team-mate is critisizing you, you know something is wrong. Incontrol just want the best for his partner, that's why he is commenting here, Idra must react. Idra is wasting his talent with his attitude, just play the game or switch race if you really lose faith in zerg.

Idra is the best player in the game, and a Zerg hero to most zerg. Incontrol is an average player and troll, Idra is a amazing player, but BM. EG likes the publicity, I am pretty sure of it.
Even though I think Idra should type a huge sentence before GGing about how much he respects MC and is honored to play him.
Actually, I'm pretty sure EG paid to fly Idra over there and having your players just give up on tournaments like that just simply looks bad. Yes, Idra is their star player. But between giving up and 6-pooling here, quitting when confronted with Hallucinations vs HuK, and quitting super early vs Jinro (in the GSL I believe...Ro8?), I really think someone has to tell him to at least TRY. It's not like he has another game to rest up for. Sure, coming from behind as Zerg is not very common, but once in a while you get games like Fruitdealer in GSL 1.
As for publicity, someone I think EG would prefer people talking about how great the games with Idra were. He's already done quite a lot in terms of negative publicity.

Zerg losses all broodlords "well thats gg" Rest of the army melts in LITERALLY a few seconds, while toss losses 20 food.
I dont understand how anyone can look at that and think theres not SOMETHING that's just a little fucking bit off. It works the other way around too. Protoss losses all lower tech unit. Takes a year to replenish them. GG Zerg losses all lings/roaches/hydras. Takes less than 10 second to replenish.
Simple. Don't 4 gate.

I dont understand how anyone can look at that and think theres not SOMETHING that's just a little fucking bit off. i can understand the majority of peoples point of view, you have to think the game is perfect in order to adapt and improve, the first thing you have to change is your play.
No, MC's army was in a better position, more ups, better micro and stronger army! no wonder Idra lost?!! the fact that Idra didn't kill MC earlier in the game is HIS fault.. not Protoss imba...
|
I really want White-ra to win this entire tournament. His play is so calm, cool and smart that it's beautiful to watch.
|
People arguing about idra losing and it being imbalance? Pfff, get over yourself zerg players. It's like you are immune to placement, for instance all those broodlords being completely raped by MC's blink stalkers, do you expect anything else if you don't have roaches/hydras defending them?
