Very excited about there being sound-proof booths. I'm a long-time MLG watcher (initially because of Halo), and as everyone knows last event had some issues. No need to dwell on them further, but suffice to say I'm very happy to see MLG taking steps to alleviate any future problems. Thanks for being awesome.

If you do not include the necessary information, we can not refund you the pass!

If you have not received a refund yet, you need to check your ticket. I have been doing tickets as they come in, and there are many tickets out there missing the critical information needed to process a refund! Please pass this info on to all your friends that purchased a HQ pass for Dallas.

Looking forward to this event... Definitely going to help you guys test out the stream links even though I'll be there in Columbus for the main event.

Wanted to help you guys out some more and probably can with the venue itself if somebody from MLG wants to tell me who I should get in touch with regarding that. I just want to help in some way shape or form to prevent Dallas from happening ever again if I have anything to say about it

Follow @MLG_Sundance and @MLGDeimos on Twitter. Sundance said that he will be putting details on twitter, and on TeamLiquid.net. Once he does so (I check it often for these types of announcements), I will tweet it daily, and make sure to post it in the Columbus threads to make sure everybody who wants to help, knows about it.

I am currently looking for Brand Ambassadors from Ohio area Colleges and Universities. We had some awesome Brand Ambassadors that contacted me through TeamLiquid.net for our Dallas event (HUGE thanks to Cubano), and I hope we can continue doing that for Columbus and the future events.

Here is just a few things that Brand Ambassadors have done in the past:

Help get an article in the College Newspaper, Radio Station, or TV
Hold a competition on campus which is sponsored by Major League Gaming
Post up or hand out MLG Fliers around campus
Contact professors that follow video gaming to help promote the event
Get in touch with the video game clubs on campus to help
Promote through Twitter/Facebook and other social media outlets
ETC (Open to new ideas)

Depending on what you can offer and what your enthusiasm is, you may be MLGs next Brand Ambassador

Please send me a Personal Message on teamliquid.net if your interested. Please include the college you attend, as well as a list of items you would be able to do/provide, keeping in mind the list I provided above.

I'll be there! This will be the first MLG event for me, I hope it goes better than Dallas, but trust MLG will work out issues that plagued Dallas ahead of time if possible. Also I hope they change the format, because the way the top 16 players are calculated now is stupid, players with horrible records that start in group play can remain in top 16 while people who sometimes went 12-0 or 13-0 in the large bracket lose to one person and have no shot at top 16.
