NaDa recently won a showmatch against MC, he's definetely not lacking in training otherwise he would never pull that off against a two-time GSL champion, that of course doesn't mean that other things didn't take their tool.

You can't be serious considering that as a feat for Nada right? Did you watch those games?

Can you summarize the match, please?

Can't remember everything that happened but the fact MC went for 1 base carrier + mothership in the deciding game should tell you how serious he was taking it.

Must say, I haven't seen a huge amount of Kas' games before, but he played incredibly well. People are trying to downplay it saying Nada played badly (which I'll admit, he didn't play his best), but I'd say that was more a factor of the pressure Kas was putting on. Give credit where credit is due.

No, that was just Nada playing really badly. This is someone who can macro pretty much perfectly in BW, which is much harder than SC2, while microing his vultures to kill every drone on the map, and we saw him getting repeatedly supply blocked and not building SCVs, even at times when there was no pressure at all. I really don't think his macro failures were because of Kas being a genius aggressor. Kas outplayed Nada, yes, but that's because Nada played terribly. I'm not saying Kas isn't a good player, mind you, and I'd love to see him play against someone who isn't completely off his game, but you can't just look at him winning in these games and say he played incredibly well - anyone can look unstoppable when their opponent is bad.

Agreed. The fact is that in this series (Kas vs. Nada), Kas got completely outclassed by Nada because Nada was playing like lower class so that means that Nada was stronger in lower classness than Kas, so Kas, in class level, is higher than Nada, although I'm not ready to put Kas as one of the elite players of the world who have a membership in high class. Sup.

Sums it up pretty well

So didn't expect NaDa to get 3-0'd.

I dont know why everyones so surprised, european TvT has never really looked inferior to korean TvT.
I didnt expect the 3-0 but I didnt think Nada was favourite.

I was surprised how often qxc was using drops when Adelscott had blink stalkers - seemed rather wreckless.

I can feel quite smug that these results were nearly exactly what I expected. I thought Kas would win 3-1, but I was confused by a lot of people thinking him to be the underdog.

All Kas needs is more LAN experience imo, hes nearly unbeatable online, but i think he chokes at LANs (IEM - raped group but choked later). When u look at him playing he never looks in danger, a lot like a terran Nestea haha. He expands at reasonable times, gets up turrets at good timings (game 1) and just do not look like he could lose at any point in the game :oo

Yeah me too. I did fail the tyler liquibet, but that one was a 50/50 for me so I just went with tyler because he is protoss *trollface*. The others I was pretty sure who would win and all turned out true

After having recently watched a few of EmpireKas' games, it would be great to see him participate in the GSL. He is so good...I'm so impressed. He is very experienced and knowlegeable...a super human computer machine. He would go far without much doubt.

Kas play was definatly the most refined play I have seen outside from Korea. Everything he did made sense. You could see that he prepared very well on small things like the reaper sniping the scv who was buidling the command center or building the command center outside when he knew that Nada wouldn't attack. Apart from some micro blunders I didn't see any mistakes in his play.
That beeing said, Nada played the worst I've seen by huge margin. His macro was always lacking behind Kas especially in the last game which is very unusal for Nada.
That sums up most of the experience in the Tsl 3 so far. Sure I mostly root for Korean players because I follow the Gsl the most but I don't mind it too much if they lose. But it was very frustrating to watch because most Koreans played like 2 league under normal play.
I hope the next TSL will be better in that regard but there won't be an easy solution except Blizard does somthing which I would not count on.
