Save feature has some other advantages: - For casual newbs like me and most people, when playing with friends can put the game on ice overnight if something comes up (girlfriend walks in early, baby wakes up etc). - For hardcore/pro gamers it could allow them to repeat the same game from say the 10 minute mark to see if something else would work better.
