It was obviously a planned hard counter to the 4gate on that particular map. The ONLY thing they did after yesterday's matches was probably preparing for MC on that map. Executed so well.

(Holy crap, he was so good, from both a strategy, and micro, standpoint..the observer let him know the perfect times to prism drop and prepare to defend, and the zealot elevators over the FF's was some of the sickest micro I've ever seen)

That was probably the most interesting high-level PvP yet played in Starcraft 2. And I don't think that's an exaggeration.

White Ra has an interesting VR collosus build that I tried to copy for a while. He usually gets a stargate and robo at the same time and tries to deny the zerg's third with a VR and with auxilliary support from his gateway/immortal and he's super aggressive with his army early on as he transitions into a death ball. I don't think it would be that great on scrap tbh, a phoenix opening would be better.

Can anyone elaborate why MC didn't commit to the 4gate in the beginning? Maybe he thought WhiteRa was going 4gate as well since he had zealot/stalker/probe in the middle of the map, so he decided to transition into blink.
