1) He's sitting on massive resources (like 4k min/2k gas) and maxed with Greater Spire finished. 2) He's massively reinforcing and already has Corruptors out. Sure, Nestea probably wanted more damage from those Roaches, but once he noticed that they were spotted and weren't going to get away, he actually did a genius move. Notice that he camped his Roaches while still burrowed on top of the Hellions? And what did he reinforce with? That's right, using tank splash to kill all the Hellions and reinforcing with ling/bling which are pretty awesome against tank/Thor with no Hellion or bio support. Once Nestea crushed that first push (which was quite the defense, I must say), he was never going to lose. | ||

I honestly thought adelscott's build was interesting, considering that he rushed for armor upgrades fast, but I was so disappointed with MVP's plays as well. Reading this thread made me only listen to what was going on in Genius' match so I barely got to see that. I decided to stop reading to watch Nesttea's match, which he absolutely dominated, though with weird trade-offs. I feel bad for the players who have to participate in this garbage, where their fans are just arguing over lag issues / real or not, thus taking away all their achievements, if any, that were made in this tournament. Then again, if lag is a problem, then the fans do have a full right to argue that. I wonder what the players themselves have to say about this. Welcome to Internet forums. | ||
