[NASL] Players (final) - Page 129
Forum Index > StarCraft 2 Tournaments |
Players such as Jinro, HuK, and Adelscott did not apply for this tour, so don't ask why they aren't on this list. DIMAGA, Kas, and LaLush turned applications in late so they will not appear either. Please take some time to learn who exactly applied. Please inform yourself about who applied and who didn't.

to all the people saying vibe, dde, stalife etc shouldnt be invited, why do you think this? just recently in the TSL some fairly unknown players took out supposedly the "best of the best". i think all the players announced so far are awesome picks and i cant wait for this to begin go artosis!

p.s. To everyone complaining about missing Koreans, make sure they actually applied before you complain they didn't get an invite. Too man people complaining about Koreans not being on the list that didn't apply in the first place. EDIT: Bahahahaha at "RoieTRS"s post above me. Waaaaaayyyyyy too late to the part on that one bub.

I would be somewhat surprised if they miss out Minigun, who has been making waves in the US scene. Besides at least 2 of those 3, the rest should be Koreans, of which I would like to see the best of the best of who applied. MC, SuperNoVa and maybe Clide (to add the IdrA pain in Group 5)

There is an open tournament for the last few spots in the main non-league part of the tournament iirc. Maybe you should read up on how it works before complaining, and furthermore maybe you should actually make a name for yourself before complaining about invite-only tournaments.

Top, TheWinD, SuperNoVa, NaDa, MC, InCa, Cezzane, Bomber, July, Virus, Fruitdealer, Trickster, Clide, Lyn, Soccer, Boxer, Min, Cella, Frozen Some other players who have applied and aren't invited yet: Strifecro, Demuslim, Nightend, Xlord, SaSe, Thorzain, Mondragon, Morrow Not inviting Demuslim/Morrow would be ridiculous, so I guess the final 5 will be Morrow, Demuslium, Nada, MC, Boxer Then again not inviting Strifecro would be weird since he is better or at least as good as vibe/catz/Machine...So yeah no matter who gets the final 5 spots, there will be players out who have better tournament results than some of the players who are in. IF the NASL would actually explain their picks like the TSL did, it would help. And yeah it's a great event and I'm looking forward to see it, but that doesn't mean I have to agree with all ther decisions, does it?

Xeris already said they would explain it when all the names have been announced earlier in this thread I think.

Right, I'm aware of the qualifier but the invites are obviously already decided because the application process is closed. Seems like the dude in question was wanting to get into the initial 50 invitations. Perhaps I should not have been so quick to mock but it was just funny to me that he was wanting to get into this very prestigious tournament that high level players have been denied entry to because of late applications when they are almost completely finished announcing the invites lol.

It's not a "cop out", I supported it with perfectly valid reasoning. You did nothing to address my arguments. I bet MC and July could beat any of the names I listed above 90%+ of the time, regardless of latency from KR-NA (if it was KR-EU it might be a different story). We aren't just talking about MC and July. You listed a bunch of players who are code A and below. And regardless, "I bet" isn't an argument.
