a game was released in 1998-99. and multi-user replay watching feature implemented to the game after a few years.
now in 2010, technology improved, brand new features implemented to games, a sequel to that game is released, it has no multi-use replay watching featıre.

Crazy viewer numbers. They could really be a lot higher, but we have ~15k viewers in other streams for all the other stuff going on right now.
Not to say you cant have multiple open  But I'm sure a lot of those aren't watching TSL also
