Then FD did a failed bling bust and after that Thorzain just played really patiently, denying expos with drops and killing the gold with tanks/marines. Just outplayed really. G2 Thorzain went for CC, rax, rax, CC or something ridiculous like that and then constantly pushed with bio and microing quite well keeping FD from getting his macro up. They were on 3base v 3base for ages and Thorzain constantly prodding with his bio. Essentially boiled down to Thorzain being ahead more or less all game and FD deciding to go for a base trade with nydus. ..Thorzain managed to kill FD and not really lose much more than some buildings in his main from the nydus. | ||

Did he cheese or something? Game 1, FD got overeager with a failed baneling bust, and Thorzain slowly picked him apart as the game went on. Game 2, TZ went CC before rax and then expanded again. He finally outplayed FD who relied a lot on burrowed banelings which have all been scanned. He finally went for a Nydus Worm base trade, but TZ managed to defend & destroy FD's base. | ||
