Seems pretty self-explanatory that there's only 7 Euros jockeying for the other two seeds, since Morrow himself is a seed. Obviously, you can't have 7 players in a mini-BO3 tournament, so either TLO was added at the last minute, or they just forgot to include him in the original announcement.
