Well a few weeks ago the same could be said about MVP and MKP and look at them now

Yeah same, I don't see any way July will beat MC.

You know how Tastosis were advocating '#gsl' on Twitter and to get it trending?
Well it looks like a bunch of Korean teenagers that can't sing are trending worldwide instead.

It's mind blowing that there is a scenario that we will likely not see ANY terran in the top4 of the GSL. Afaik no season of GSL had no terran in top4 yet but the possibility now is that it could go 3 toss and 1 zerg in the top4.
Let's see if San and anypro can win their series in 2 days.

Honestly,i hope the finals will be MC against July .

People blaming Nada for not sieging his tanks soon enough are forgetting the fact that July engages much earlier than other zergs, who seem content to wait until there is a tank line shelling their natural before attacking. Nada can't leapfrog his tanks from his base all the way to July's base and still make a credible attack. July knows this and times his attacks well so that Nada can't have his tanks in the perfect sieged position.

Every GSL had a Terran in the finals.
GSL 1 - Rainbow GSL 2 - MarineKing GSL 3 - Rain GSL January - MVP and MarineKing GSL March - Lyn or sC? Doesn't really sound right.

It's not mind blowing, it's just the new maps wich are very good for Protoss against both zerg and terran.

GSL 5-Winner- Most likely P or Z.
Doesn't matter what race is in the finals. Its about who wins it. Personally i feel their are alot more Top players playing Terran then their are strong players playing Toss and Zerg.

Quite frankly many of the ro16 names didn't sound right either. I wouldn't be too surprised, Lyn played pretty well. SC.. not so much vs Tester.

I'm glad someone brought this up as I noticed this too. For example in set 5 watch as July runs into the Tasteless secret hallway as a preempitve strike (after the overlord gave away Nada's position) I've never seen another GSL player do that. In fact I could just picture Idra or Nestea huddling all their units into a corner in order to waet for an attack with more units - at the expense of giving the terran the positioning he desires.
Notice that July seems to be the one consistently dictating when the battles actually start

you know that marineking only lost to the later GSL winners in every GSL until now. by this logic, sC is the favourite to win it. i hope to see him in the finals!

Nada-July: Best series this season no doubt!

That is how I see it too. You often see Zerg players hesitate before they engage with their Lings. July doesn't seem to "suffer" from this kind of hesitance. He just attacks the Terran player. Terran players seem to struggle with the super-determined attacking style of July. It is a huge risk of course and can easily backfire but right now July manages to be efficient with it.

Interesting day of games. MC obviously outclassing hongun, and July vs Nada is a nice change from the usual TvZ's. In my opinion, Nada could have won it, if only he turtled a bit harder. Against an opponent that obviously favors large amounts of mutas in the endgame, what the hell is up with not getting a thor untill there's 25+ muta's floating around. The only reason he was forced to make tanks over and over and over was by throwing them away time and time again on pushes. A solid, static tank defense would, imo, have gotten him way further. You know July is not going to be able to restrain himself at some point (see game 3), and what's keeping you from being ready for that.
I feel that if Nada would have stood a better chance by building up more of an army and slowpushing across the map against a player like July. Just by shutting down mutas, I feel July's style crumbles. Again, thors!

Anyone else notice static in the VODs? Every one of them seems to distort the audio.
