I complain Gom also. I paid for GSTL, want to watch the finals. But could not get vods working for 2 weeks,still can not. Tried 5 different computers, windows 7 32 bit and 64 bit, windows 2008 64 bit, ubuntu 32 bit. With chrome, IE, firefox, nothing works. Emailed them, no response. And then on support forum, somebody said they will check the problem, and never get back to me. After I request a refund for 1 week, nobody answers also. This is why I complain. Not working is fine, but at least respond me properly. | ||
