My best guess is that MVP made too many hellions? As in, if he had like 2 fewer hellions and 4 more marines for his push, he would've probably done better against he popping mutas.

He also pushed a bit early considering how much he powered to get 3 more barracks.

Also he could've microed a lot better against those banelings, those marines were in a really bad position. That first siege tank was pretty much useless without siege mode, and it might of tricked him into thinking he was stronger than he was at that time.

If MC wins now, July and MVP will do a rematch for 2nd/3rd in group.

If Hyberdub wins now, Hyberdub will face July and MVP against MC.

Either way we still have at least one cool game to go!

This is the sort of build zergs need to do more off. Hyperaggressive early mid game zergling baneling into muta. VERY effective and a good alternative against drone defend drone defend until late game.

Well i would say that the size of the map helped him here a lot. His first attack
was really bad, but MVP could not counter and kill him off, like he would have

Thats what i think happened. How he got enough money to build all those mutas and
banelings. I dont know how that was possible ^^

My theory is these bigger, more open maps could shift the metagame dramatically and ZvT actually switch roles and this was the first example. Zerg becomes the aggressor constantly keeping the Terran on the back foot with different waves of aggression due to their much higher mobility.
Thoughts?

Who was the girl who did the player introductions for the MVP versus July game? Was it the girl korean shoutcaster reading their names live?

For the MVP versus Hyperdub game it was just the regular korean guy reading it and just now in the MC versus Hyperdub game there were no player introductions for my stream.

MVP going for blueflame hellions delayed his siege tanks. He didn't have siege when July attacked (perfect timing by July). Also, he didn't wall off from the baneling busts properly. MVP didn't play safe enough. Hellions suck vs banes/muta so GG.
