The RG SC2 Open is an exciting new SC2 series brought to you by Rage Gaming. You can expect to see solid cup administration, quality casting, awesome prizes and of course, lots of Starcraft 2! Replays:
Replays must be saved and only submitted if there is a dispute.
In the event of a disconnection:
<4 Mins - Restart (Same races must be chosen)
>4 Mins - Game will be over
In the event of both players dropped from the server:
Restart (Same races must be chosen)
We understand disconnections can have adverse affects on cups and matches. If there are any disputes, please make sure to take sceenshots and replays as evidence and contact an admin who will decide how to proceed.
IRC
All participants must idle in #RG.SC2 @ Quakenet atleast 1hr before the game - MUST MAKE SURE TO USE SAME NICKNAME AS SITE/GAME.

We are accepting sign-ups for the cup. Please visit http://rg-esports.com/?page=tournament&action=view&tournament_id=25, sign up, and try and enter the tournament, it should redirect you to a page where you can enter your SC2 credentials!

Round (64) : BO1 (1st Map: Metalopolis)
Round 1 (32) : BO3 (1st Map: Shakuras)
Round 2 (16) : BO3 (1st Map: Lost Temple)
Quarter Final (8) : BO3 (1st Map: Shakuras)
Semi-Final (4) : BO3 (1st Map: Metalopolis)
Final (2) : BO5 (1st Map: Xel'Naga)
Loser chooses next map of the match-up. Maps cannot be played twice in one series.

Prizes
Our prize pool at the moment consists of £100/ €118/1000kr/$160 although this could increase between now and the event which could include more cash or hardware.

Ok, we have used the map pool from other successful online tournaments and implemented a new map-choice system. Let us know what you think..

I really hope you fix your tournament to have a way to find the opponents ID on your website, and have some sort of a reporting system other than PMing an admin.
This is terribly inefficient.

It was a bit messy in the start with the check ins and brackets, but overall the tournament turned out to be incredibly good. The finals between dimaga and Kas were sick. Looking forward to seeing a replay pack

We do apologize for the initial trouble with our cup system but once that had been overcome it was an awesome event. We would like to thank GLHF, TheGunrun, LeonStarcraft, all of the participants and all of our spectators
