I actually believe Adelscott deserved a spot in the finals! Adelscott looked a lot more solid through the tournament than Socke and tbh Morrow's series versus Socke didn't look very solid either, he just got lucky that Socke decided to play so risky (4gating is always a bit of a coin-toss and nexus first is just hoping the opponent doesn't respond at all). Not to bash Morrow by any means - he is definitely good, but if it would've been Ret vs Socke and Morrow vs Adelscott I believe we could have had a different match-up in the finals. Overall the tournament was a fun watch, too bad the glhf stream had issues and there was unnecessary drama surrounding the casters. Personally I would've loved to get more TotalBiscuit action in there, he's just such a funny guy. I hope Assembly will get things right also in this section next time around so that E-Sports would progress to get a more professional look overall - I mean you don't see stuff gone bad like this when watching any other sports coverage, do you? Good luck in GSL Ret, really hoping you'll make it to code S next season!

I didn't feel appropriate to bother you guys as I haven't really been active for many years but this was a dream come true. Also lots of <3 to beardman and beardtv crew who welcomed us to there commenting pit to follow the game as the organizer of the event fail to provide any kind of set up for spectators. I hope Day9 can make it to summer assemblys for commentating!

Was rooting for Ret and Tyler. Then ToD and Grubby. I wonder if winning this big event in Europe Ret is considering coming home and competing in all EU events rather than working his ass off for code A.

Funny thing is, both started out relatively late (well, started zerg relatively late in morrows case) but at this point they are definitely two of the best zerg foreigners in the world.
