I don't really like ZeeRaxs style, feels very vulnerable and his late scouting was pretty wierd.

Once you saw him piling up sentries you knew that any push from Strelok would get smashed. It's vulnerable to a heavy Rax push early, once he has a good number of sentries, with well placed FF nothing is going to break that at that point in the game.

Yea that was rather impressive by Zeerax. Dang son. really counter and push by Zeerax. Those FF's and immortals were excellent.

I only saw the second game on shakuras, but in my opinion Catz had the game won and made a very strange tech switch to mutas against the phoenixes of Zeerax. I didn't see the xel'naga, but aside from the mutas, it seemed that catz outplayed him quite significantly on shakuras.

A couple guardian shields with several sentries also throwing out a bunch of forcefields, a few zealots and three immortals absolutely crushed Strelok.

Feels like you need stim + a lot more MMM to take down that composition (or banshees, but you weren't going to get banshees from a FE). Strelok shouldn't have pushed - he really underestimated the strength of his foe.

Pushing into Immortals probably isnt the wisest choice with Hellion + Marauder..

Zeerax played solid though... didnt see anything nervy or too wrong... he focused the right units with his immortals etc.

As a Terran player, I was a huge fan of qxc vs Select (when I saw the brackets at that point I was like a fat kid in a candy store excited). Strelok vs qxc would be good, but I am also hoping for a TvP .

Ghosts + MM with a heavier Marine composition.

Zeerax is almost thight with the amount of games as Kas have, with like 30 less. Kas does have 5476 and Zeerax does have 5448 games. So practicing pays out.

someone with really good builds isn't really good :/?

I meant more on actual execution. Those FF's weren't exactly hard to execute, and things like letting that SCV walk in and then sending your whole army after it suggest lack of expierence. But I dunno, we'll have to see. Regardless, he seems very calm and prepared

the right practice, most players play a lot of games mindlessly, it took me 500 games to realize i was playing the wrong way

Oh, well thats Catz = /. I guess I'll look for some of his replays (Zeerax that is)

With Zeerax unit comp, Strelok should just go 100% marines really.

This toss really needs to stop letting SCVs into his base to freely scout his entire tech path.

I really like getting that 1 immortal before going colossi tho. Scares those damn marauders away.
