He was supposed to be at a much higher level than anyone else but is showing that right now, he is just a mediocre player.
And don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Tyler fan. From what you came to this particular conclusion? Everyone knows it. He has a LoL account with over 1 thousand games played. He is max level in WoW and is always raiding with the TL guild. Just look at his SC2 account, he rarely plays. I disagree with you. So what if he plays other games aswell. He is not a slave. He can do what he wants with his free time. I saw his games against Grubby which he won convincingly. Games against Sarens were not streamed so I won't give my opinion, but seriously who doesn't lose games sometimes? Even top Korean pros do.
What are you disagreeing with? He plays other games more than sc2. There's nothing to disagree with, other than the truth.

And what exactly are you contributing to the thread? You are right, but that doesn't make it any better
Are they really not casting the last games today? Finally some excitement since it's still unclear who's gonna make it out of the last group.

And don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Tyler fan. I've been feeling the same way about Tyler recently. He seems to be coasting on his BW reputation these days. When was the last time he produced a respectable tournament result? Even if tournament results aren't a fair metric, his performance in individual games have been fairly disappointing. He level of play simply cannot compare with White-ra's or Huk's. Its not as if he's perpetuating the idea that he is dedicated to SC2 nearly as much as the two players you just mentioned. He only claims to get serious like a week before a tournament, and clearly doesn't think of SC2 as a game he enjoys as much as BW (or WoW or LoL). Same shit for a ton of former BW big names. Where are they at? They don't really like Sc2, probably. Probably similar to IdrA's recent released audio bashing of SC2. Not to topic derail, but the skillset in sc1 is not rewarded in sc2, and the skill gap is much smaller. And so a lot of former pros don't care for it as much.
You really are pulling all of this out of your ass.

Ret will continue until he faces an aggressive player who likes to macro (huk is a good example).
Actually i think there is a high chance that a player who has better PvZ than Insolence might kick out Ret. Adelscott, Socke, Naniwa, elfi (lol), HuK and maybe even some which PvZ i dont know. His style is just too unsafe imo.

ToD vs barian now, seems to be a decider-match as they are both 1-1

Yea, Ret stated many times I think that he loses a LOT of ZvP on the korean ladder.

Look at the 50 TSL player sheet from the TSL2. How many play Sc2 seriously? Less than half. So i'm right there
Now look at Tyler's own statements and his LoL/WoW account vs his Sc2 account. So i'm right there as well
Now go to the blizzard forums and look up IdrA's rant. My suggestion there is not without merit, either
YOU really are just full of shit.
Back to the Assembly tournament. Anyone know how Tyler v Magik is going?

This is why I don't like long breaks in tournaments. LR threads fill up with useless arguments and brainless name-calling.

Go check his goddamn profiles for LoL and WoW. Use google and shut up, or get back to talking about Assembly

+1, it's pretty much all that needs to be said in response to Nony-bashing.
He's very confident and vocal about how well he thinks he is going to do this year, and that's all I need to know to support him.
